Standard Bank Insurance Division, their representative Samantha Ramisar are a bunch of liars and full of empty promises. It is now five months since they received and processed my claim and they still have not completed or started part of the repair work. Everytime I post this complaint on Hellopeter.com they are quick to phone me and promise to act.
I would like you, Hellopeter.com or anyone out there to advise me on the legal route I should take to expose and force Standard Bank to act on their word. Standard Bank is no different from the national Department of Basic Education who last year had to be instructed by the Courts to execute their responsibility to provide learners with text books. Shame on you Standard Bank.
