Still nothing happened, my hail damaged pool is now really damaged. The reason for that is my home insurance is still not delivering and repairing my pool and due to dirtyness of pool there is a off a lot of stains. But they wont care i spoke to a consultant about 21 days back and she replied they dont pay for water etc., but what they are forgetting is they caused it, 90 days without a pump no circulation. Attached the reply from Patricia Huma Standard Bank Insurance Services. The only reply that was given to me was via E Mail stating by the 27/12/2013 it will be repaired.
