Zero feedback on roof repairs
Again I am forced to communicate to Standard Bank via HelloPeter as this is the only channel they do respond to. My wife and I have tried their 'Private Banking', call centres, Standard Bank Insurance, claim's website, emails without any success of even feedback... Dear Standard Bank, regarding my claim lodged almost a MONTH ago for the storm damage - my roof is leaking worst then ever before and damages are increasing. After the hail damage I did mend the leaks temporary myself as like now you ignored your customer. BUT after your contractor TJS Maintenance did some 'repairs' (haha! ) my roof started to leak even in places that never leaked before. I did contact the contractor by like you he is ignoring the issue and it is raining almost daily. Can you please allocate a competent contractor or let me get my own and let me refund the damages back?
