My claim was authorised and i instructed the assesor to have the claim paid out into my account as my wife's wedding ring was. The reason why i want the payout is because my wife and i are seperated so it makes no sense in replacing the ring. I informed the assesor if my requirements and reasons and he advised i must take jewelery to the value of the claim. I told him that is not what i want.
