My wife's engagement ring was. She had it for 16 years. The ring is worth R23 000 and Hollard wants to give me R1500, because I cant prove ownership. We still have the wedding bands that comes with the ring and a wedding pic with the ring on her hand, so what else do they need? Apparently they want a certificate or something. My problem is that I cant give it to them cause 16 years is a bluddy long time and I just don't have it anymore. It looks like insurance is even a bigger money making sceme then I thought it was, cause they try to you any way they can not to make payments, but nothing is ever wrong with installments (accept when you want to cancel) 's steel you're goods and then the insurance company go further and steel your money. The funny thing is that I cant even replace her wedding ring with a silver ring with the money they want to give me.
