You are making their customers bad payers! We are at sdb for years now and today they told us we are BAD cust for our "confidential limit" is lower than our overdraft and there for they can not clear international cheques for us! We deposit a international cheque in last week and Phumi of newcastle branch told us it wil take about a 1/2 weeks. So today she phoned us AFTER A WEEK telling us that charges is so and so but more worried about the charges than the clearing. And it will take 8 WEEKS for the cheque to clear!!! So we asked what is the reason -she had no reason- after help for Castlewalk branch the lady phoned "Pat" @ evaluation ULCC she said we are not good enough for sdb. So we were informed that we will get a bad record for we will have no money ready by this time next month for the dt orders... hello according to sdb we already have a bad record?? And although I have the cheque I will have NO MONEY for the Cheque will still be busy with it 8 weeks trip (Nine weeks with Pat to think about it) and that we will be BAD CUSTOMERS FOR SURE! And make no mistake we are supposedly PRESTIGE! Whahahahahahah!
