After struggling since the 23rd of December 2013 to get a withdrawal from my unit trust processed and speaking to about 8 customer service agents who all gave different stories and 2 supervisors who promised to call back and never did Gabriel Msithini saved the day on the 8th of January 2014. I had literally called about 6 financial investment companies to get info so i could cancel my policy with Liberty but Gariels efficiency reminded me why i had initiated business with Liberty. Though i cannot commend the overall service i have received from Liberty i must just applaud Gabriel for his oustanding service. I believe Liberty couldnt have chosen a better candidate to fulfill the manager role. Gabriel you are the KING of customer service. I hope my next interaction with Liberty consultants does not lead back to you for any reason. I hope after this incident your staff members take initiative and go the extramile. Thank you Gabriel for the impeccable service and apology letter.
