Poor service

My name is ncebakazi mbambi. I went to fnb tuesday to close my flex account I opened for 12months for saving R600 every month. The gentleman who was helping me told me that they can't help because I didn't come on the 3rd but after I told him that it was not our agreement they didn't tell me to come on the exact date I opened the account. He then went out and he came with papers that he asked me to sign, I signed them and he told me they deposit my money before the end of that day. Its thursday today I haven't receive my money as he promised. I'm stucked here becaused the reason I was saving that money I didn't want to suffer when its january as I knew I will need it for my daughters fees, stationary and uniform.
