Ii supposedly applied for a loan with loan tracer sa..according to Amanda at ld collect, my debit order for R399 was not paid.
I have no idea what this is about and they have threatened to proceed with legal action.
if they can show me that I signed any documents, please do so and I will pay.
it seems as if applying for a loan automatically links u to a legal fee. I have read reports from other people complaining, jeez..if people have money to give to legal fees why do they have to apply for loans?
I feel this is a and will urge all others to complain to the financial services board..whether their lawyers say reading the small print is the clients responsibility or not... people..BEWARE... LOCAL STYLE
