Absa Insurance - what a nightmare through Brolink

I have had the best morning with these individuals...

All they do is hang up on you shortly after you try and fix the issue. I have been on hold for almost half an hour with ZERO RESULTS...

All i tried to do was cancel my policy early January, and yet they still debited my account this month.

A very frustrating morning...

After all this, i still havent managed to confirm if the policy is now cancelled on the system, and i'm done trying to call them.

Pathetic
