Great service every time

At the beginning of the year when you are rushing to get back in the groove and up to speed after the holidays, the last thing you want to do is spend time on a dull long call from an insurance company. Except if the call start with a very upbeat "Good day Mr. P.W. Nethonzhe! ". Mpho's tone and attitude on this particular call made it seem like an unscripted, personal conversation, and it was the highlight of my day.
