After applying for a home loan via ABSA i got accepted & decided to get a quote for the compulsory home loan insurance & life insurance i accept the policy.
Later i found a better deal & now wish to action the 30 day cancellation period. I proceed by calling the call centre after waiting for nearly 2hours i decide to cancel the call (08-02-2013) i tried on numerous occasions on that day still nothing, this morning after waiting for 1hour on hold i finally get through i explain my query only to find out they can't help me I am then given the Bond departments number only to find out its engaged hours on end.
Most irritating part of it all is it takes more than 30days to cancel a simple policy pathetic.
