I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT IS THE POINT OF PAYING FOR INSURANCE .
WHEN A PERSON MAKES A CLAIM YOU ARE TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL
2 WEEKS AGO OUR HOUSE WAS BROKEN INTO, THEY REMOVED OUT ENTIRE PATIO DOOR
IT TOOK 3 TO 4 DAYS AND AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS FOR THE DOOR TO BE FIXED.
I CALLED IN AND THE CALL CENTRE AGENT IRONICALLY SAID "IT IS A SECURITY RISK LEAVING THE DOOR WIDE OPEN ". NOW IT IS 3 WEEKS WE DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL, WE HAVE NO SECURITY CAUSE THE ROBBERS BROKE THE ALARM . AFTER SUCH A TRAUMATISING EXPERIENCE AND NO SECURITY, WE ARE LIVING IN FEAR WITH NO COMPASSION FOR OUTSURANCE .
TO ADD TO THIS THE ROBBERS TOOK THE ENTIRE SAFE OUT OF THE HOUSE, WE ARE NOW BEING INTEROGATED AS TO WHEATHER THE GOLD WAS 18 OR 22 CARROTS. CAN THIS REALLY BE HAPPENING. WE PUT ARE TRUST AND FAITH IN AN INSURANCE COMPANY THE ARE SO INHUMAN .
THIS IS UNACCEPATABLE AND THE MOST DISGUSTING "SERVICE" WE NEED HELP NOT.
WE PAID FOR INSURANCE NOT TO BE DEMORILISED AND PUT UP WITH .IF THIS IS HOW VICTIMS ARE TREATED THEN WE DONT NEED OUTSURANCE, MOST PERTURBING TO BE TREATED IN THIS MANNER.BEING ROBBED AND STILL NO SECURITY HOW MUST WE LIVE IN FEAR, ARE U WAITING FOR THEM TO MURDER FIRST
