R 400 promo... Clearly this is a

I have followed all your processes and Outsurance could not beat my current quote. I have submitted my current schedule, regardless how friendly the call staff are, Outsurance failed to deliver.

I have also filled in all the forms requested, and I was assured that I will be refunded R400 in one month's time.
But all Outsurance has done was to sweep this under the carpet.

I wonder what excuse is used should one of their clients try to claim, if they cannot even follow their promotion as advertised
