I am so livid with the service I've been getting from the call center consultants at Nedbank. I have a loan with nedbank, I've missed one months payment due to the fact that I stopped working which was brought upon by premature labour. Every month since then I've received phone calls from the call center consultants regarding payment arrangements, every month I tell them that my husband will be paying the installment on the 1st of every month via cash deposit. So far I've been debited for 3months on the 21st and this month I got debited today aswel. I am livid!!! I do not work which means I don't have money in my account, the debits are being returned, this is giving me a bad credit record, when I clearly make arrangements for payment every month. I am not impressed at all with the service from nedbank and I wouldn't recommend them as a financial service.
