HAIL DAMAGE OCTOBER 2013 NOT REPAIRED JAN 2014

HAIL DAMAGED MY HOUSE ON THE 19-10-2013, and I still have damage that has not been repaired, no thanks to the BAD service of ABSA? It is JANUARY the 8th 2014? I have phoned out Hundreds of Rands worth of Airtime on the Call centre trying to fix my Knotty Pine Ceiling in my Dining room and my Kitchen Ceiling. There has been out a contractor to my house, for a quotation and he has sent it through to Absa head office, but I was told that Absa was on a budget? I have been a CLIENT since 1987, My house is paid for, and this is the service that you give your LOYAL customers? My Claim number is: 2463893 and I was given this number to call : 0860 30 2011.
It has been 3 months How long Must I still wait for my new ceilings, and will I be receiving NEW Knotty PINE? There are BROWN marks on my ceiling, and I had to entertain my family over the christmas period with this EMBARRESSMENT? Please explain this to me. I am awaiting feed back Speedily you can contact me on my cellphone, i am available during the day. And I would also like to claim back R500's worth of airtime due to lack of service.
