Still have no car since Novembe

Unbelievable service still. I have been waiting for my issue to be resolved and nothing. I was given courtesy car and on the 30th of December I receive mail that the reporting the car. First for woman failed to tell me when the car had to go in. Now I find out the panel beaters are only reopening on the 13th of December meaning I have to pay for my own car till then. They never even told me the panel beaters are closing. I'm really upset with this and have decided to take matters to consumer rights because I can't fight anymore
