It saddens me having to end up writing about an insurance company that I thought was the best, I have had no joy at all from the past month, my car car was bumped and claimed from my insurance company, thinking everything is under control... my car was taken in in on the first week of december and I was given a courtesy car... 2 weeks later I get a call from one of the consultants from first for women telling me their courtesy car is due back and they will not extend the days, I told them I rely on my vehicle to get to work..they then advised me there's nothing they can do as my courtesy car days are up and when I initially tool the poliy cover with them I was advied I can extend the courtesy car days should my car not be ready.. Been left stranded for the past couple of days with no car, they haven't fixed my car since december, I have canceled the claim and took my car back... I wany nothing to do with first for women!
