I am fuming with anger!!! i called in a week ago to get an estimate on my settlement amount and an amount of R10 766 was quoted to me, but no documents were sent to me. I then made a deposit of the quoted amount. but when i called after the deposit i was told that i owe R13 694 towards my settlement. so if i do the math, the balance outstanding should be R2928 not R4642.86 as you claim. I'm fed up really with this.
I have never experienced anything like this ever!!!
