Ipad Settlements, Mis - Information

I sent an email in October (10/30/12) and asked them what my settlement is, they responded with; FNB retail price R5699.00 less amounts already paid by yourself R2385.00 Settlement amount R3314.00. When I asked them again now, they say the following; The correct settlement amount is as per below.
= Settlement amount: R 3584.00, this is after I have paid again twice!
