First National Bank
MONEYWALLET NOT ACCEPTED. STRANDED WITHOUT FUNDS

Before we left to Europe on the 27th November 2013, we did our FOREX through FNB. 1st, the day we were due to collect or money, Cresta branch didn't have power, didn't arrange with another branch, and due to the exchange rate, we had to pay more the next day on exchange rate. This I swallowed!!! We were told to use the moneywallet as it is accepted in all countries, at no costs, and is better than using cash, as it is costly to withdraw money. Now, being in Europe, my card is not being accepted everywhere, as it does not have a chip!! This resulted in me having to draw cash on several occasions which costs me money, which I now need to carry and loose on due to the fact that the card is not accepted. The fees I pay is unacceptable!! This all due to FNB not knowing what they talking about. Then, I am not able to obtain a balance at any ATM, which I was once again told I could do. I then phoned the support number provided and was so LUCKY TO HEAR THAT THEY CANNOT ASSIST ME AS FNB DID NOT PROVIDE ENOUGH INFO FOR SECURITY CHECK ON THE ACCOUNT, THEREFOR THEY COULDNT HELP ME! FOR HEAVEN SAKE.AND I NOW HAD TO PAY INTERNATIONAL CALL RATES ON MY CELLPHONE. I WANT A SENIOR MANAGER TO PHONE M
