Friday the 7, 06, 2013 around 11h00 I received an sms fro capitec bank that my in contact has expired a consultant will call me shortly same at17h12 I was called by the consultants but I refused to talk to them because I know that the are papers to be felt when renewing in contacts and that cannot be done over the phone.the following day when I withdraw money I realised that R11, 500 was missing from my account, i then reported the matter at the lakeside mall Benoni capitec branch .the consultant told me that my money was transferred from my account to another capitec account that belong to Mr Moosa using mobile transfer and it was already withdrawn in Compton park they will Investigate the matter, i must then go to open police case investigators will call me in two days, on the 18, 06, 2013, Capitec investigators called me to tell me that my claim has been refused because I have intentionally given my pin to transfer the money so they wont pay me back my money
