Talk about efficient banking services

I asked my flatmate to pay her share of the rent (R2100) into my capitec account, in order for me to do a transfer from my account, into the owners. I gave her the account number to put the money into. Capitec had other ideas and put the money into another account of mine. Law and behold, the money got debited off from my account, to another creditor, leaving me without paying the full house rental. It was for this very reason that I requested the lady to put the money into that account. I have spoken to so many agents since then. I got a call from another agent, saying that I should go into the bank, because they need my finger prints, now I am being sent from pillar to post with this issue and it is actually starting to frustrate me as the owner wants his rent money. I have 4 capitec accounts, that are active and I have recruited so many friends to join capitec, now i have just lost all hope in this bank... I am so dissappointed, that a bank that I trust with my money, can actually do this to me... It goes to show, you cannot trust anyone.
