Hi my name is david and I have dealt with absa private security provident fund before, it took a lot of complaints to the right people before I received my payout. Now I'm dealing with the same call centre again and they are telling me the same b.s as before. I'm being told to wait two weeks and then after that I'm suppose to wait three weeks to finally be told I have to resubmit my application and wait an extra two weeks. This I swear must be in the call centres operating procedure! How about we skip the and promises. How can it be the same old song from absa three years later! Do you not believe in improving service? I would like to receive my payout before the schools open... if this is alright with absa as it is my own money that I worked for but, have to beg for! Last time I was helped by absa legal department an in two days I received my payout.
