I have put a claim in against one of King Price clients she drove in to my car almost 2 months ago i have been in contact with a Gina from there claims department and her email reads: we can not start to validate your claim before the client's one is finalised, meaning I can not work on your claim at all until such a time as our client's is finalised and paid for. so now i must suffer with a damaged car, i think it is only right the victum's claim (ME) should be looked at first as it was not my fault your client drove in to me. i am looking at my options to take your client to small claims court if no one can give me a exact date my car will be fixed i am leaving for Canada and want my car fixed before i go.
