Aggressive Bank Manage

On previous occasion 32 day payment into check account was 2 days late. When I wanted it corrected, the lady gave me 101 words. I approached the Bank Manager who became extremely aggressive. I told him he must stop talking to hear a customer's view. He said he would do whatever he wanted in HIS bank. Today I asked for money transfer from 32 day to check account. Lady had no smile, no eye contact and mumbled. She sent me to a teller. with a slip. Pensioners Teller said I must wait she has other things to do. I waited & approached Bank Manager who did not tell me his name or asked mine. He said another teller would help and gave me a seat. This teller was unsure of what I wanted. I said I knew I had to wait 32 days for money transfer. He said wrong info was given him. I took the matter back to the Manager. I was an angry customer and he made it worse with his attitude. I told him he did not train his staff well and they are not friendly. Customers should be made to feel welcome. He should say."I'm sorry you feel that way, what can I do to make things better". I told him not to speak to me at all. Instead he carried on in front of the Area Manager who told him to stop She handled it
