I am very disappointed in the service i received today from a telkom consultant approx. time 12:40. Spoke to a lady yesterday with regards to my internet speed which is currently fixed at Download Speed: 4170 kbps (521.3 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 863 kbps (107.9 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 44 ms

I do understand that they do not guarantee max speed but i was told by a consultant yesterday that it should not always be at the lowest rate and if it continued that way to call back. Called back today chatted to a very arrogant lady and tried to explain that the consultant told me to call back and guess what she cut the call on me. 675CNK091213. Why say that we are being upgraded for free when in actual fact we have no change in speed
