Good morning, me and my dad are both in the Photography business, we wanted to register our business. I have a personal account at FNB Menlyn and are very happy. But the branch of Menlyn Retail Park are pathetic, we were sitting there for 2 hrs. They said our documentation were correct. But when we got to the front of the consultant at number 3 of the client service of general banking enquiries, she don't want to give her name. Said our documentation weren't correct, I had my electricity bill, with the address that is the address that I lived together with my husband, I mean hello of course I live with my husband. I switched from Absa to FNB, I want something to be done. Otherwise I will have to contact the Head person about this. Hope to hear from you soon. Kind regards, Chrizelda.
