Not listening to costumer on the phone

I called UTi explaining not to deliver an ABSA credit card to my address as I would be out of office due to work.

After several minutes explaining the situation and asking them to forward the card to Menlyn PARK ABSA branch they delivered to Menlyn Square ABSA branch.

This is useless to me because I cannot get to the Square branch in office hours whereas. ABSA Park branch operates longer hours, the reason I requested that it would be forwarded there in the first place.

Sorry UTi, just not happy with your service and had to explain the situation several times. ABSA has done their part and rerouting it to Menlyn PARK. Now, another week of delay.
