Pathetic service

I have recently temporarily moved over seas on a work contract, 3 days before leaving Absa froze my acounts. Due to fica documentation - I have given them the same documents for 3 year at least twice a year with the same address, absolutely pathetic. After spending hours with them which I should have spent with my family they finally unfroze it. now sitting in Canada its frozen again after I unfroze a month ago. Absa service through my aprox 25 years of banking has never been anything but mediocre to pathetic. How can they manage my finances if they can't even manage their administration. If you want good service go somewhere else espitialy if you are abroad. They will only give you grieve
