We went to FNB accross from kolenade saturday morning and after waiting outside for 30 Minutes becuase bank opened 08h30, my husband went to their enquiries and requested they assist him in paying his Nedbank personal loan, now if we knew how to link this account on internet banking we really wouldnt bother going to the branch. The lady at enquiries told my husband that he cannot do this payment in the branch and he should go link the account to his internet banking and pay it himself. WHAT?? I worked in a branch for another bank and that is NOT how you "assist" a client. The least she could have done is link the beneficiary for him or tell him how to. Can someone please assist us in how to link a NEDBANK account as a listed beneficiary on FNB online banking. And please focus some time in training your staff on actual GOOD client services.
