Received a card today via standard post - Premier Card my complaints are as follows:
*Received a card that I did not apply for & was never contacted to verify the delivery. As far as I know Banks dont just use the standard post for security reasons.
*My Initials on the card are incorrect
*The date the card was issued is October 2012, suprisingly I am only receiving it almost a year later.
*The card is posted with a pin number which is invisible and not user friendly to peel off
*Tried to call the so called emergency line, I was holding for 35 minutes listening to a voice and boring music and eventually the call was cut off.
Not happy at all with service in general and want to cancel the card
