I have been trying to obtain my Business Cheque Card from the Nedbank @ Cresta Mall numerous times and have failed. I lost the first one so I just applied for a new one. I dont have any utility bills that come to my place of residence, so the only proof of residence I ahve is a cell phone bill that I recieve via email that has my adress on it, but alas, they still wont accept anything I can come up with. I dont get it, whats the point? They have all my details on the system and they know its me, if I had known about this then I wouldve never banked with Nedbank. I understand that these rules are here to protect me as a consumer but come on, there is not much I can do at this point, and my business has been at a stand still because of this. Im almost certain that if I dont have this resolved by the end of business on the 23/04/2013 I will just have to switch to FNB Banking, as they have even better benefits.
