SLOW Lounge debited

Spoke to a consultant in November & December 2012, consultant confirmed that my Platinum account is in good standing order and was fine to use the SLOW lounge, now on the 8th of January they debit my account for the sum of R500 which sent my account into a - figure. spoke to the consultant as to what went wrong, they can t figure out anything and saying the will need to do an investigation for a possible reversal. Pathetic from FNB as how can a good standing account be charged for using SLOW loung which is free provided it is in good standing order.
