FNB services are shocking

I recently purchased a second home which I again bonded with FNB . Some funding was then required to complete a new kitchen and tiling, etc.
I was then contacted by Julianah Chikamba who is my personal banker and told that I can process this request with her.
After a few days an assessor came out to do the evauluation and submitted the paperwork to FNB whereupon a contract was drafted The lawyers then contacted me and advise that this paperwork was for a BUILDING LOAN, this is when I advised that I am not building but simply changing the fitiings and fixtures in the house. The lawyers and I have been trying to have this paperwork sorted out from the 23 November 2013 .

This is disgusting service from a bank where I hold 2 bonds and my vehicle and all other bank accounts.
