First National Bank
Terrible Service

On the 6th December my house was auctioned. The auction price was more than the debt owed to FNB and therefore the head of the legal department, Mr Phillip Louw told me the process of registration of the house and getting my change from the sale takes up to 5 months. We are now approaching the 7th month and I am still waiting for the change. FNB gave me the numbers for the lawyers that were incharge of the transfer and they have been lying to me for months. The lady at the lawyers one day had the nerve to tell me that the money was invested by the lawyers. When I went back to the bank for some answers, they told me that I must be the one dealing with the lawyers as it is off their hands. I have tried and failed to get hold of Mr Louw as I was informed that they moved building and their numbers have changed. Since the auction, not a single person from FNB has ever called to be follow this up. When we lost our home is was a very painful experience and ofcourse the bank harassed me to get their money and now that they do have their money, getting my money is a headache on its on.
