During November 2013 I received a current account card from Nedbank. On 12 December 2013 I visited the Sasolburg branch to transfer my debit orders etc to the new account. Mr AD Anthonie was the consultant. The implementation date was printed on the documentation as 31 December 2013. I made sure that adequate funds was available in the new account. However the debit orders was still going off against my old account. I visited the branch but was informed that they could do nothing. To make matters worse I am still charged R245.00 in penalties for the debit orders that could not go through due to insufficient funds.
