Just received a notification on the upgrade of policies. When I called the number for 0860 111 519 for queries or concerns or require additional clarification.
I was told I could not be provided with clarification on queries as this number is for Hollard.
The email states: "Contact us:
Should you have any queries or concerns or require additional clarification, please call us on 0860 111 519 (this will also be your future service, admin and claims call centre number)."
I was told that I needed to call 0875774777 and this number was for the underwriter and not the insurance company.
Please advise who can provide me with clarity on terms of the new policy,
I think this needs to be carefully managed as in the event of need its only then that we realise we dont have the correct contact details.
