I'm extremely disappointed about the service from standard bank card division. I have a credit card that was settled in june 2013 and asked card division in several occassions to close the account, but now to my suprise i have received a statement with arrears and due to that my credit record has been affected. I've send a secure message on the 19th december 2013 and also send e-mail to complaints division of standard bank and no one bothered to contact me and one will just wonder if that's how you are moving us forward. I NEED THIS SORTED A.S.A.P or i will send a very nice e-mail to Sim Tshabalala himself and see if he will also ignore my complaint
