I got advised by a Standard Bank consultant that i can transfer my STANDARD BANK U COUNT points into money.
i Took up this option on 12 November 2013 and at this point 7 January i have still not received my money. I have made endless calls (the last reffrence number 4265162) and each time my complaint is met with "We are escalating your query to IT'.
Why advertise your product if you can not deliver on your promises. My 600 U COUNT points have dissapeared.
