Delay in my pension fund payou

Hello

My name is Sindiswa and I worked for Nedbank, my last day was 15/11/2013. Initially my application was delayed because they needed my decree of divorce, which I then submitted on 20/12/2013 & again on the 24th. I kept calling afterwards and was told nothing in particular. When I called on the 2nd of Jan 2014 I was told they are sending through an application to SARS which would take 48hrs. Today I call and Im told the application still needs to be sent to SARS. Am I going to get my money? Im annoyed by the the agents tell me? I need a speedy response as these calls I make cost me. The fact THAT I need to wait over 7 mins before an agent could assist is bad enough, but Im still made a fool by them.
