I applied for my tax no on the 18 th of June 2013 at Randburg SARS today is the 10th of September 2013 I got my tax no today at 14h00. I was working at BMW and then quit my job there the day I left BMW I asked for my salary for the days that I worked there, they refused to pay me without my tax no. SARS told me I can get my tax no after 21 working days, i've been phoning every day for my tax no and they said there is no tax no yet, I then had to move back to my mother in law due to the reason that I coukd not pay my rent. I am really at SARS for letting me wait 3 months for my tax no and due to the delay at SARS I still haven't recieved my payment from BMW I really feel like claiming that 3 months money from SARS cause it's after al their fault. Really bad experience from SARS!!!
