In November i was in an accident and reported the next day 8 November 2013. the car got accessed the next Monday (11 November 2013) My claim took the whole month to approve because they said im insured for personal use not business yet i did mention when joining the insurance that i will sometimes use it for work. They only booked it in yesterday to fix which i was not happy about them for taking so long. So yesterday (6/01/2014) i found out that they will not be paying for all the damages on the car or rather they have not authorised all the damages yet when i joined A&G my car was just about - 4 months old and didn't even have a scratch yet now that im claiming and paying for all the issues i have, yet they do not want to pay. I'm disappointed and very angry about their sesrvice. They say to fix the bumper and back light is R30306.55 with a R5200 excess but the rim & wheel caps that were damaged including the windscreen they have not authorized for it to be fixed. They telling me it wasn't part of the accident so they not paying yet i know what happened and my car was ok before the accident. All i want is for them to fix all the damages and i will never bother them again.
