After never claiming for 3 years, I scratched my car and now need to claim to repair it. Apparently, the scratch is to big to claim from "tender scratch and dent" division as it has to be less than 30cm long and must be in an accident to claim from the main policy. So where does that leave me? The scratch is longer than 30cm and my car was not in an accident! So now, Auto and General refuses to assist me, even though I've been paying my insurance premiums for the past 3years!
