Stinking attitude and poor customer service

My car was in an accident 12 June 2013. The lady assigned to assist me is Kedumetse Dipale i am not sure where auto and general got this lady from i have been calling and nagging her and sending her emails which she reads and not respond to my ref number is 557025342 and by the way i am a 3rd party into this whole thing so you can imagine the impression i already have of auto and general and their staff they hire incompetant bunch of illeterate people first they sent me to go assess damages with one of their so called "Auto Magic assessors" and then Kedumetse sends me an offer which is way less compare to the damages i have in my car i sent my car to the panel beaters and the difference is R14000 and i have forwarded my problem to this lady to say i can not accept this offer i am not sure how auto and general came to this offer because the panel beaters dont seem to give me what is on auto and general's offer Kedumetse never explained how she got to this the woman wont return my calls she won't respond to emails its a month after the accident they have not sent me a proper offer to this problem. Maybe i must take this to one of the journalists to deal with these people i am tire!!
