Inefficent service costing me R1000's

I was in a accident. The bumper and bonnet of my car was damaged. I put through a vehicle claim with my insurer on the 5/10/13. They advised me I would have to wait 5 working days before they can tow the car to the assessor. This is a ridiculous period to wait, being in an industry of urgency. I drove my car to the assessor myself, as it was drivable.

The Assessor refused to open my bonnet and assess additional damages, claiming it was not his responsibility. It took the Auto&Gen 7 working days to approve the claim. RIDICULOUS! I then took the car to the repair shop, who said there are additional damages that have to be claimed as the incompetent assessor did not put it through. The panel beaters, Auto Magic took 9 days to log the additional repairs which means no work was done on my car for 9 days! Yet they knew when I dropped the car off exactly what was "additional damages" would be claimed.

It has been 5 working days since. I have called Auto&Gen 18times since the accident, Auto Magic 8times. I have spent over R1000 in airtime. I DONT KNOW WHEN MY CAR WILL BE READY! PATHETIC service and inefficiencies and incompetence is costing me money to hire a vehicle for an extend period
