On the 20th november i got a car accident a taxi bump me, i called my insurance auto & general they towed the car, they told me my claim will be paid after 28 days. Then yesterday Chantal informed me that my claim has been declined, i have got the poorest service with auto & general. They told me that i was given a discount on my premium of which they were not supposed to. I don't have a car and my insurance won't pay.
