Please be advised that I did not take or accept a policy with you guys, I only requested a quote to review.
Which is why I did not want to give your consultant my Banking details.
As a result you guys still went ahead and deducted money off my Account and my Bond did not go through and ended up with bounced payment charges on my account.
I am very disappointed in your untrustwortyness and please be advised that should anymore debit orders be processed on my bank account, I will be contacting the Ombardsman!!
I do not have a policy with you and have not signed any agreement with 1life Direct!!!
Please pull my call and confirm how many times I told your consultant not to go into my acc and how many times he confirmed that it would not happen.
Very angry and disappointed, would be client!!
