I have just taken up a MiWay policy which started on July 27. We agreed that they would debit me on the 27th every month and on the first debit it would be R1364.83. They indeed debited this amount on the 27th. On the 13th August they tried to debit R1795.95 which is NOT authorised by me. I have no iddea what it is supposed to be for and I need explanations. They can't just debit my account at will. Firstly there is no money in my account at this time and they are jeorpadising my account conduct. Secondly I have incurred a R138 charge for unpaid fees from my bank and I want MiWay to reimburse it urgently.
