I forwarded a problem I have been experiencing with my home loan to [Email Removed] more than a month ago.
I received an automated response (EC: 0A7F6D86) but I have not received any communication/feedback on the matter.
Before that I communicated my problem to Teressa Gumede. She has not replied on my email since October 2013.
I am extremely disappointed at the total lack of communication/service from ABSA.
